In The Beginning

The Kingdom Builder's International Fellowship of Churches and Ministries, Inc. was birthed in 2006 when some Christian Leaders in Columbus, OH began meeting together. They called a pastor by the name of Bishop Gregory L. Fly, a native of Detroit, Michigan. Having recently relocated to Columbus, Ohio to shepherd Grace New Covenant Apostolic Church in 2004 where he enthusiastically began serving the Lord. In Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia, ministries and other individuals were yearning for Bible-based ministries to support them in fellowship and Word began contacting Bishop Fly and soon, a Fellowship of Churches was born. Today there are numerous KBIF, Inc. churches dedicated to making disciples and reaching the world for Jesus Christ. .

Statement of Purpose

The purpose of KBIF is to provide spiritual covering, support and covenant fellowship among pastors, Five-Fold Ministers, and churches that desire to build the Kingdom of God, through the Spirit of unity, regardless of educational achievements, race or gender. The KBIF is composed of like minded leaders and ministries who the Lord has called to declare His Word and to live out the dynamics of the Kingdom of God with a Spirit of Excellence. The KBIF has a strong conviction regarding the strength, autonomy and wholeness of the local church, as a foundation to the success and effectiveness of the gospel in action at the local, national and global levels. KBIF constantly seeks to balance a loving and caring responsibility that we have to all believers in Christ with recognition of the unique gifting that God has set everyone in their local churches. KBIF belief can be seen in three ways. The strength and foundation of the KBIF is manifested through its network of ministers. This means that ministers of like vision and doctrine voluntarily associate themselves with other ministries for the purpose of relationship, fellowship, encouragement, vision expansion, equipping and strength. This also means that the members of the network themselves need to be aware that when they become a part of KBIF, they are not only asking for the benefiting from resources and strength, but they are also indicating that they desire to exchange their resources and strengths for others within the KBIF. (Matthew 10:8, Luke 6:38) KBIF provides a structure and opportunity where meaningful relationships can be cultivated, but it is up to each member along with the KBIF leadership to bear a personal responsibility for one another as "our brother's keeper." (Genesis 4:9, Romans 12:10, Romans 15:7)
